We charge £49 (£30 for diagnosing the fault of the appliance and a flat rate labor charge for the repair which starts from £19). You will be asked to make a payment just when your appliance is ready to use. All charges are irrelevant of the time spent and the type of the fault. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to 17,5 % VAT. Any major parts needed are going to be extra to the above charges but you will be quoted on their price first.
